- Made-to-Order Merchandise: All other merchandise are created when you order. Therefore, while most orders are received within a week, please allow up to two weeks for production and shipping. Each item is meticulously created, reflecting our commitment to quality and uniqueness.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This enables you to monitor the progress of your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
